Description

The "Promotion of Agricultural Finance for Farms and Agribusinesses in Rural Areas (ProFinA)" program aims to improve access to appropriate financial services for farms and rural agribusinesses. It primarily focuses on the supply of financial products by supporting financial institutions in designing products specifically tailored to agricultural value chains. The intervention strategy relies on a two-pronged approach: strengthening the capacities of economic actors (agricultural entrepreneurs) and sustainably transforming the practices of financial institutions to make agricultural finance more accessible, structured, and sustainable.
